When outing your horse with tack remember proper saddle fit is always first. Contact a saddle dealer
and ask a lot of questions, they should be able to guide you and be knowledgeable of every aspect of the saddle you are interested
in for a proper fit. If they don’t have the knowledge move on and find some one who does.

What is the
meaning of some products. No saddle pad is going to make up for an improperly fitted saddle. Most of the products in saddle pads that are
on the market are made of plastic; polyester, this includes fleece, foam and neoprene just to name a few. Phrases
such as cooling, and air flow, there is no cooling ability in plastic and no air flow and it certainly does not breathe
.

Polyester

Polyester is synthetic meaning
made from plastic, it has no places for water molecules to bond; plastic does not have the capacity to absorb. As a horse sweats coming in contact with plastic
synthetics actual creates a lubricted wet surface and can lead to sores.

Wool
.
Humans have been using wool since pre-historic times and our scientists have yet to find or create
a synthetic or man made fabric that can match it! It works very well not only for horses but humans as well. Wool
draws moisture from the body and absorbs it inside the wool fibers. When heat is generated it creates
sweat. With wool moisture is absorbed and it breathes. Off white is the only color you will find to be 100%
genuine wool.

Cotton

The arrangement
of the molecules in cotton creates an abundance of places for water to be attracted to, when using an inner wool liner it will can effectively drawing moisture away from the skin, we always recommend using a genuine wool pad under your saddle . Wool content at 95% or higher is
optimal protection of your horse. Wool is the highest rated for comfort, compression protection and wicking ability to keep
your horse cool during work outs.

All natural products can be hand washed in cool water. Lay flat to dry.
